Q:Can I use WorkDo for free? What is the difference between free and paid plans?
Feel free to try out the WorkDo's free plan and experience the convenience it brings to your organization. Although you can use the free plan for as long as you like, it does only grant your workplace with 5 GB of storage, whereas the paid plan provide technical support, consulting and larger storage with more tools at your disposal. In the meantime, you could certainly use the free plan until you need to upgrade to the paid plan.
Q:I am using a paid plan, could I downgrade to the free plan?
Yes! You can opt to go from a paid plan to the free plan, or use the free plan and upgrade to a paid plan. We have a staff team that shall assist your every need and query you may have, feel free to contact us.
Q:Could I try out WorkDo before upgrading to a paid plan?
Certainly, WorkDo offers free 30-day trial on the premium plan. When your trial period ends, you can choose the best plan for your team.
Q:Will my service be limited once the trial period is over?
If you purchase the premium plan after the trial period, your service will not be affected, otherwise, you will be converted to the free plan and some functions and features will be restricted. Please see the feature comparison and see which plan is best suited for your organization.
Q:Will my service be limited should I decide not to renew my membership?
If you purchase the premium plan during the trial period, your service will remain unaffected. If you purchase the basic plan before the trial period ends, premium plan features will revert to basic plan features. And if you did not purchase any plan by the end of the trial period, you will be switched to the free plan and some features may be limited. Please see the feature comparison and see which plan is best suited for your organization.
Q:Does WorkDo offer monthly payment plan??
Yes, we do! You can choose the monthly payment plan or opt for a more economical yearly payment plan, which will save you more money in the long run.
Q:Could I change my payment plan?
Of course, you could go from the monthly payment plan to the yearly payment plan and vise versa.
Q:For monthly payment plan customers who need to add more users on the team, what is your billing policy?
For monthly payment plan customers, WorkDo will verify the number of users on the billing date of each month and adjust the billing statement accordlingly.
For example, if company A purchases a monthly payment plan for 10 users on 08/15/2018, and 5 new users join on 08/20/2018. The total will be calculated as (15 users x monthly fee per users) and billed on 09/15/2018.
Q:For yearly payment plan customers who need to add more users on the team, what is your billing policy?
For yearly payment plan customers, WorkDo will verify the number of users on the day of the initial payment every month. Should the number of users exceed the initial users; the additional users will be charged prorated to the remaining months of the yearly payment plan.
For example, if your company purchases a yearly payment plan for 10 users on 08/15/2018, and 5 new users join on 10/14/2018. Therefore, the total would be calculated as (10 initial users × price of yearly payment plan per member per month × 12 months) + (5 new users × price of yearly payment plan per member per month × 10 remaining months).
Q:Is there a special pricing for large organizations?
We offer a discount to non-profit organizations and over 100 members organizations. Please contact us for the exclusive offer.
Q:Is there a user limit to a workplace?
The current WorkDo limit is set to 1,000 members per workplace, however, if your workplace exceeds this threshold, please contact us for solution.
Q:Is there a limit for group calls?
The current constraints for group call are set to 10 members at one time with no call duration limit. The group call function is freely available in the Free Plan for workplaces with 30 members or less. If your workplace exceeds this number, please apply for the Premium Plan.
Q:Is WorkDo secure? How does WorkDo protect my information security?
In order to safeguard your most sensitive information, WorkDo employs financial institute-level of AES 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for files transferring, remote backup, real-time hardware and software monitor and internationally certified cloud-based service company for data storage. Your information security of our utmost concern, WorkDo strives to keep your company competitive while providing you a peace of mind.
Q:How do I make a payment?
Simply log in to WorkDo and go to Workplace Setting and choose the Payment Information and choose your plan or contact us for assistance.
Q:What's the difference between "Leave Management" and "Leave Management Pro"?
"Leave Management" grants users the ability to apply for leave, managers to sign off on it and administrators check employees leave records, whereas "Leave Management Pro" can automatically calculate and give out different types leaves for each employee based on seniority and other rules set by the administrators.
Q:What are the accepted payment methods?
